Three bowl hollows made in a round of silver birch. The wooden round is carefully dried over several months then three end-grain hollows are formed in the disk before the round is sealed with food-safe oils. This can be use used as is, with finger food in the three bowls, or with glass or ceramic bowls within the hollows (shown – ceramic bowls not supplied).
